Thats right, you read correctly its a caroling truck. A magical carolong truck. Actually its a magical christmas caroling truck. Its been a tradition in beautiful Toluca Lake and North Hollywood since 1984. It happens every year on Christmas Eve. By the way, the snow you see is not real, in case you were wondering "how did it snow in SoCal?" Just the same way it has since 1984, with the Magical Christmas Caroling Trucks artificial snow machine, AKA really small bubbles.
